Groomo LLC built the groomo app as a Commercial app. This SERVICE is provided by Groomo LLC and is intended for use as is.

For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to Name, Email, Address, Phone Number, Device Information, Pet, Pet Pictures, Payment Method Metadata. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy.

At Groomo LLC, we understand the importance of privacy, especially when it comes to sensitive data like images. When adding your pet details to our app, we will request that you take a front and side picture of your pet(s) for price evaluation by our groomers. We will transmit and store these images on our servers, using industry-standard security measures, solely for the purpose of price evaluation. We do not share or sell your images to third parties for any marketing or advertising purposes. You have full control over the images you choose to transmit for dog evaluation. During account deletion of your account within the app, all images that you provided will also be deleted from our servers.
At Groomo LLC, we understand the importance of privacy, especially when it comes to sensitive data like payment information. We use Stripe to process payments. When adding your payment method within the app, we will transmit your payment information to Stripe, using industry-standard security measures, solely for the purpose of processing payments. We only store payment information metadata, such as the last 4 numbers and expiration date, on our servers so that you can easily identify the payment method used within the app. You have full control over the payment information you choose to transmit for payment processing. During deletion of your account within the app, all payment information metadata that we collected will be deleted from our servers; however, Stripe may still retain your payment information for legal and regulatory purposes.
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device’s internal memory.
This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third-party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. After registering for an account, you have the option to delete your account at any time. To delete your account, simply go to the ‘Account’ section within the app and select ‘Delete Account’ and follow the prompt. When you delete your account, all of your personal information, including your pet information, will be deleted from our servers. However, please note that we may retain certain information for legal and regulatory purposes, such as payment and billing information, even after you delete your account.
If you would like to delete your account outside of the app, please contact us at iwantgroomo@gmail.com with the subject “ACCOUNT DELETION REQUEST” from the email used to register your account. We will process the account deletion within 45 days of receiving your request.
